We can ship your order with United States Postal Service (USPS) or UPS. Expedited shipping options are also available. Once your order has shipped, expect an email with your tracking number.
Can you throw some free shipping my way?
If your order is over $49 (before tax and shipping) and destined for an address within the 48 contiguous United States, we’ll gladly hook you up with free ground shipping. Shipping charges to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, US Virgin Islands, and international addresses are based on package weight and distance using on real-time rates.
I’m ordering from outside the United States. Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we can ship internationally. Please be aware that any import or customs duties on international shipments are the sole responsibility of the customer. We recommend that you make sure the products you order comply with your country’s regulations - not all supplements are given a free pass across international borders.
I’m super psyched to start taking my supplements! How quickly will my order arrive?
Patience is a virtue, my friend. Delivery times for domestic orders take about 3-5 days after your order leaves our facility. International orders can take up to 14-21 days, depending on customs clearance. These are estimated delivery times, actual delivery may be shorter or longer.
I changed my mind. How can I modify or cancel my order?
Not a problem. If you need to make changes to your order or cancel it completely, just get in touch with us as soon as possible and if it hasn’t left our facility yet, we’ll make the necessary changes. But note that once your order has shipped, we can’t make changes or cancellations. If you received an order that you don’t want, refuse it in person upon delivery or send back the unopened package following USPS or UPS guidelines. In either case, we’ll issue a refund (minus any shipping charge) once your order has been returned to us. Refunds can take 2-4 days to process.
My order and I aren’t seeing eye-to-eye. Can I return it and can I get a refund?
Returns are a cinch. Send back any unopened product within 30 days of the delivery date and we’ll issue a full refund (minus any shipping charge). Refunds can take 2-4 days to process. You can also return opened product within 30 days of the delivery date for store credit. Please note that shipping charges will not be refunded unless we goofed and sent you an incorrect item. Sorry, no refunds or store credit will be issued on items past the 30-day deadline.
Help! I never received my order.
Keep calm and we’ll work this out together. We know parcel delivery isn’t always perfect and we’ll do our best to fix any errors. The first step is to track your order using the tracking number received by email. If that doesn’t help, refer to your order confirmation email to verify that you supplied the correct shipping address. If you input the wrong address, the package will be returned to us and we can re-ship it to the correct address once it’s back in our hands. Also, look for any notifications that USPS or UPS tried to deliver your package - sometimes they leave a note if the location doesn’t look secure enough to leave your package unattended. If all else fails, contact us and we’ll put on our detective hat to track down your order.
My order arrived battered and bruised. What should I do about damaged products?
Traveling long distance can be rough, and that’s true for shipments too. If your products were damaged during transit, contact us with your order number, a description of the damage, and any relevant photos showing the damage. We’ll be happy to get a replacement out to you as soon as possible.
